A tangible or intangible good or service produced as a result of a project.
What it actually means:
"The PowerPoint deck we will present to prove we actually did work this week."
Use it in a meeting:
"The only actual deliverable produced by the task force was a 50-page PDF justifying the ongoing existence of the task force."
