What HR thinks it means:
Unavailable or unreachable for a certain period of time.
What it actually means:
"I will be ignoring Slack and pretending I don't have a phone until Monday morning."
Use it in a meeting:
"I will be out of pocket this afternoon, which is corporate speak for 'I am going to take a nap and you cannot stop me.'"
