Moving smoothly from one stage to the next without interruption.
What it actually means:
"The transition will be a chaotic nightmare, but we'll hide the errors from the client."
Use it in a meeting:
"The vendor promised a seamless migration, which is corporate code for 'the downtime will be catastrophic, but we won't officially admit fault.'"
