What HR thinks it means:
Service Level Agreement; a commitment between a service provider and a client.
What it actually means:
"A metric we are currently failing, but will creatively report as 'green' by redefining the outage."
Use it in a meeting:
"We successfully met our 99.9% uptime SLA by completely redefining what constitutes an 'outage' in the fine print."
