Corporate Burn Rate is built on the principle of corporate stealth. Our mission is tracking waste, not tracking users.

1. Data Collection & Usage

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email, or physical address. However, to provide and manage "CEO Mode" features, the following technical data is processed:

• Purchase History: Collected by Google Play to verify and maintain your subscription state.
• Anonymous App-Instance IDs: Randomly generated installation strings used by RevenueCat to link your premium status to your current app installation without requiring a manual login. We do not track or collect hardware device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID).

2. Data Retention & Deletion

All meeting rates, team details, and generated excuses are stored strictly on your local device. We do not maintain a central database of your meeting history. To request the deletion of the anonymous purchase tracking data associated with your installation, please contact support@corpburnrate.com.

3. In-App Purchases

Transactions are handled securely by the Google Play Store and RevenueCat. Corporate Burn Rate never sees, accesses, or stores your credit card information or financial billing details.

4. Third-Party Services & International Processing

We utilize RevenueCat to manage digital entitlements and Google Play Services to ensure app stability. These services collect technical telemetry and purchase data as governed by their respective privacy policies. By using the app, you acknowledge that these third-party services may process your anonymous transaction data on servers located outside of your home country (including outside of Canada and Australia).

5. Device Permissions

Permissions requested (such as Vibrate or local storage for saving meeting receipts) are used strictly for local app functionality and are never utilized to harvest or transmit data off your device.

6. Children's Privacy

This application is designed for corporate professionals and is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or 16 in applicable jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to this Policy

If we alter our operating procedures and update this Privacy Policy, we will reflect the new Effective Date at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new protocols.
